birthday


I’m 27 today.

27 is by some accounts the beginning of the “Return of Saturn”, a time of endings and new beginnings, and of reflection.

27 is also:

• The atomic number of cobalt.
• The total number of books in the New Testament of the Bible.
• The number of letters in the Spanish alphabet
• The current number of Amendments to the United States Constitution.
• The age at which musicians Robert Johnson, Jim Morrison, Jimi Hendrix, Brian Jones, Janis Joplin and Kurt Cobain died.
• The code for international direct-dialed phone calls to South Africa.

Oh well, happy birthday to me!
