Proposal: A way to express your political / spritual / philosophical beliefs and affiliations via semantic markup (aka microformats).

Why do this:

• People might be more inclined to think about and share what they actually believe.
• Establish relationships with others based on shared belief.
• Helps people who are seeking spiritual and political practices and affiliations find out what’s out there.

Three modes:

• belief
• practice
• affiliation

And three axes:

• political
• spiritual
• philosophical

Make for nine possible association-types. Some make more sense than others, and some may overlap. I’ve included some examples.
